A project manager is responsible for the overall operation of the cleaning management among the districts assigned under his area responsibilities.
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Manages the coordination of daily cleaning activities and emergency response work at all locations.
- Oversees service providers to ensure service level agreements are maintained and followed.
- Ensures accurate recording and maintenance of contracts, invoices and associated documentation in the IN-CAB system.
- Tracks, reviews, analyzes, organizes and maintains essential documents to support operations method statements.
- Assists in the preparation of cost estimates and work scheduling. Tracks and documents completion of scheduled work.
- Supports policies, procedures and consistent communication to ensure compliance with related standards.
- Coordinates with Core Team, as required, to meet maintenance requirements and timelines.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years professional experience in project management
- Experience in waste management is added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Has valid UAE driving license
