development, and implementation for a commercial bank.
Well-versed in various architecture
principles and design concepts. Lead requirement gathering workshops, translate
business requirements from low fidelity to very high-fidelity system
specifications with a keen focus on stp, which include process design, swim
lane diagrams, sequence diagrams, integration specifications, user journeys,
screen designs, report, and MIS specifications, etc…
Sound understanding of web and enterprise
technologies - BPM, CRM, middleware, micro services, API, RDBMS and NoSQL, Data
warehouse, Data Visualizing tools, etc…
Understand AI/ML concepts. Recent
delivery experience will be a plus.
Understanding application architectures
for e.g. event driven architectures, streaming, orchestration, choreography,
modular, and different deployment models for on-premises and cloud native.
Well versed with the application
development and delivery lifecycle.
Understand of latest CI/CD and dev-ops concepts.

Deep understanding of banking Domain for
e.g. Retail banking, Corporate banking, Islamic Banking, Trade, Money Market
and Treasury.
Should understand various function
with-in a bank for e.g. Operations, Credit, Compliance, Risk, Finance and
Fraud, etc…
Strong documentation skills, assist the
business counterparts in different phases of the project delivery.
Support test plan preparation, test
scenario articulation and test execution.
Support go-live transitions by
ascertaining sanity of key functionality.
Hands-on experience with Viso, Miro
Boards, Figma, etc…
3.Project Delivery Management:
Be comfortable in adopting to different
project management methodologies (Waterfall or Agile) as per the need of the
project.
Hands-on experience with project
management tools .mpp, Jira, Plane View, etc…
Senior stockholder management, risk
identification, plan for mitigations, conflict resolution.
Demand management, budget management.
