Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & ManagementLead and manage a multidisciplinary site team.Serve as the primary point of contact with the client's project manager.Client & Contractor CoordinationLiaise daily with the Client and EPCM Contractor on technical, legal, and contractual matters.Coordinate works to ensure compliance with contract specifications and project schedules.Project OversightOversee the development and implementation of the power plant project.Monitor project progress, address delays, and ensure timely completion.Approve key deliverables and make critical technical and commercial decisions.Contractual & Commercial ManagementHandle all contractual and commercial aspects of the project.Initiate and manage contract changes and claims against contractors.QualificationsExperienceMinimum 15 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 10 years as a Project Manager.Proven experience in site-based project execution, particularly in power plant projects.Experience with power plant consultants, EPC/EPCM contractors, and gas turbine OEMs.Familiarity with tendering, contracts, and plant performance, especially in the Middle East.Consultancy experience managing projects of 350 MW and above is an added advantage.Regional ExpertiseGCC/UAE experience is mandatory.EducationBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.A Master's degree in the power sector is an advantage.CertificationsPMP certification is an advantage.Additional InformationEUROPEAN ONLY
