Job Title: Techno-Functional Project Manager (PM) – Clearing, Payments, Trade DomainsLocation: DubaiExperience: 10-15 yearsAbout the Role: We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead complex projects in the Clearing, Payments, and Trade domains. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams, and overseeing high-profile implementations.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects in Clearing, Payments, and Trade domains.Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, translating requirements into solutions.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.Oversee project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, and delivery.Manage project risks, resources, budgets, and timelines.Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.Drive continuous process improvements and mentor junior team members.Skills & Qualifications:10-15 years of experience in project management, specifically in Clearing, Payments, and Trade domainsExpertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field. PMP/Agile certifications preferred.
