We work alongside you, tailoring our approach to your unique needs and challenges, ensuring you reach your full potential and excel in the dynamic landscape of the Middle East.Role and ResponsibilityDevelop, implement, and maintain the organization's Business Continuity Management framework.Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Regularly review and update BCM policies, procedures, and documentation.Conduct thorough risk assessments and BIAs to identify potential threats and impacts to business operations.Collaborate with various departments to gather data and analyze critical business functions.Utilize BCM solutions such as Clearview and Castellan for planning, implementation, and management of BCM activities.Customize and optimize BCM tools to meet the specific needs of the organization.Develop and maintain business continuity plans (BCPs) and disaster recovery plans (DRPs).Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure comprehensive and effective recovery strategies.Conduct BCM training and awareness programs for employees at all levels.Ensure staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities in the event of a disruption.Plan and execute regular testing and exercises of BCPs and DRPs.Evaluate the effectiveness of plans and identify areas for improvement.Serve as a key member of the incident response team during disruptions.Coordinate response activities and communication to ensure swift recovery and continuity of operations.Monitor and review BCM performance metrics.Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned and feedback.

المهارات

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who meets the following criteria:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field.A minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Continuity Management.In-depth knowledge of BCM frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 22301).Proficiency with BCM solutions such as Clearview and Castellan.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Certification in BCM (e.g., CBCI) is preferred.
