Management of establishing new outlets, relocating outlets and revamping outlets; including site and financial management, according to the standard Local and International Project Management procedures
• Responsible for liaising with the Group's store design partner in order ensure Project Management of the stores meet plan and design specifications
• Responsible for ensuring the efficient and timeous completion of the construction of outlets (according to CPA)
• Responsible for time and territory management of store construction in order to maximize productivity and cost effectiveness
• Liaises with Brand Managing Executives, Operations Executives, New Business, International Managers, Franchisees and Licensees regarding final approval of store design, layout and image of outlets
• Liaises with the Project Co-coordinators for the purposes of placing orders for equipment. Shall also liaise with equipment suppliers and manufacturers for the purpose of securing the most efficient supply and prices for equipment
• Liaises with the International Operations Managers, Brand ME’s and New Business Managers on a weekly and ad hoc basis in order to ensure the correct and timeous construction of an outlet
• Liaises with the Training, Operations and Food Services departments in a structured manner in order to ensure the correct and timeous co-ordination of disciplines for the opening of an outlet
• Liaises with the financial department in order to compile project accounts, invoicing, and project reconciliation
• Assists with developing, publishing, and maintaining intellectual property relating to development
• Assists with the development of new concepts where applicable

Suitable / appropriate tertiary qualification
Previous experience in the QSR / Restaurant sector at Management Level would be helpful
Experience in the Project Management of QSR / CDR outlets and/or in the Construction Industry.
