Project Manager
The primary purpose of this position is to support the daily transactional activities and ensure the proper utilization of the assigned resources and completion of tasks on time with team members and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Following up all the customer requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure service levels and efficiency of operations.
- Establish suitable processes and procedures as and when required.
- Overlooking and managing projects ensuring that all operations requirements are met as per the agreements with the client and DSV.
- Measuring and monitoring the department KPI’s and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Working towards ensuring a strong bond with the client to ensure faith in our capabilities as their assigned service provider and maintaining a strong client relationship through timely updates on the project.
- Coordinating with the Inventory Control Team on matters of system and operational discrepancies and stock replenishments.
- Meeting periodically with the clients to ensure the satisfaction level.
- Ensuring that reports & documents are sent to customers at regular intervals.
- Developing teamwork, demonstrating shared goals and values.
- Providing leadership guidance and support to all staff in the area. Enabling the team to ensure staffs are recruited, trained, and motivated; develop appropriate succession plans.
- Performing any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies.
Qualifications & Characteristics:
- Education: Bachelor/Master Degree
- Work Experience: 5-10 years of experience, of which a minimum of 2 years should be in managerial capacity
- Healtcare related expereince
