Job Summary


Greenstone Equity Partners are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role requires 2-3 years of experience in managing cross-company projects across multiple disciplines.


The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to coordinate project plans, create insightful reports and dashboards, and effectively translate business requirements into actionable deliverables with accountable stakeholders and clear timelines.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage cross-functional projects across various departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and business needs.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams to understand business requirements, define project goals, and establish accountability.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into project progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and alignment among teams.
  • Document and track project dependencies, ensuring seamless execution across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Continuously improve project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements


  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably managing cross-functional and cross-company projects.
  • Strong ability to create project plans, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements gathering and mapping these to accountable stakeholders with clear timeline deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies is a plus.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred but not required).
