Daikan is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with an engineering background and extensive expertise in construction and interior fit-out projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects on time and within budget. Additionally, you will oversee the construction process, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with client requirements and company standards.
• Team Management: Oversee and coordinate the activities of project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Facilitate communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, identify cost variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial control. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets or exceeds quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and codes. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to specifications.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes to project scope. Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence. Prepare project status reports and documentation for audits or inspections.
• Timeline Management: Monitor project schedules to ensure that deadlines are met. Proactively address any delays and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
