Manage and participate in all project management activities related to architectural consultancy projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for design teams, Heads of Departments (HODs), clients, and founders. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Prepare, review, and present project reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project progress, risks, and timelines.
Track and monitor project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Maintain clear, concise communication across project teams, clients, and authorities, facilitating efficient progress and conflict resolution.
Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and project activities to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines.
Oversee project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and other administrative tasks. Ensure proper documentation of project decisions and actions.
Lead and manage project tasks independently under the supervision of senior management.
Manage and coordinate with relevant UAE authorities for approvals, permits, and compliance issues related to architectural projects.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Project Management.
Candidates MUST be immediately available
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within a consultancy setting, with a focus on architectural projects.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Experience with UAE authorities and regulatory processes.
Must be detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask.
Should have previous experience in non-site-based project management tasks.
