الوصف الوظيفي

Experience:

  • 2-3 years in project management, preferably with experience in outreach programs, event management, or similar fields.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager by managing day-to-day activities within their assigned stream.
  • Handle communication with third parties involved in the project, ensuring alignment on tasks and expectations.
  • Develop regular reports to keep the Project Manager updated on progress, challenges, and any changes within their stream.
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure the completion of deliverables as per the project timeline.
  • Contribute to the overall project success by maintaining quality and adherence to project standards and goals.

  • Project Coordination: Strong skills in coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution of the assigned stream.
  • Third-Party Communication: Ability to liaise with external parties, managing communication channels effectively to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Report Generation: Proficient in collecting data and generating reports to update the Project Manager on progress and any issues encountered.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic Project Methodology Knowledge: Familiarity with project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., basic knowledge of Agile, PMP, or PRINCE2), CAPM or PMP is a plus.
  • Follow-Up and Accountability: Proactive in following up on tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining accountability for assigned deliverables.
