We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Project Management Intern to support our COO, in managing product launches, content, campaigns across The Giving Movement in terms of adhering to timelines. This intern will be a key player in ensuring that all content and marketing efforts adhere to a strict project timeline.
What you will be doing:
Work closely with all departments, especially marketing, content teams to track and ensure all aspects of launches, campaigns, and projects are completed on time.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure content, campaigns, and initiatives stay on track and align with timelines.
Manage project schedules, track milestones, and proactively identify and address potential delays.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a background in project management and a strong passion for executing projects in a fast-paced environment. This person should be smart, energetic, and driven, with a “go-getter” attitude. They need to be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, stay organized, and coordinate efforts across various teams.
Recently completed a degree in Project Management or a related field.
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or MS Project.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
