Role Purpose




Develop and maintain comprehensive financial specifically tailored for projects. Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects, assessing their economic viability and potential profitability ensuring alignment with defined financial strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities




Project Finance

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including revenue projections, cost estimates, cash flow forecasts for projects in line with the best practices and desired objectives.
Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects, considering various financial metrics and risks
Develop & regularly review financial forecasts based on project progress and market conditions.
Development of comprehensive project business cases by conducting thorough financial feasibility studies, providing insights and recommendations in-line with the defined strategies.
Implement strategies for cost optimization without compromising operational effectiveness.
Identify and capitalize revenue generation opportunities through strategic initiatives in-line with the defined goals.
Develop financial metrics to assess potential project partners.
Track project milestones during contracts to secure contractual benefits.
Conduct post-contract reviews, evaluating project performance against business cases and submitting required financial reports whilst ensuring alignment with the approved financial strategies.
Collaborate with teams to ensure financial goals align with business objectives.
Continuously ensure identifying financial risks associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Shared Activity  

Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the role at the request of the direct manager.
Ensure effective implementation of functional policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned section activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Demonstrate compliance to organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications & Experience





Bachelor’s (Masters preferred) in Finance, Accounting, or any relevant.
Certification such as (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Proven 3-5 years of experience in project finance, financial planning, analysis.

Skills





Full professional English proficiency both in speaking and writing.
Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
Proficient in financial modeling with strong quantitative skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
High level of competency in relevant software applications.
Ability to quickly integrate with existing business software tools and knowledge of other relev
