We are seeking an experienced Project Executive with a strong background in Interior, Fit-out and
Exhibition projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of
successfully managing and delivering high-quality fit-out projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues
- Resolving conflicts and making decisions to keep the project on track
- Communicating with stakeholders and keeping them informed of project updates
- Evaluating project outcomes and conducting post-project reviews for lessons learned
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled craftsmen, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project
objectives within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, conflicts, and obstacles. Collaborate with internal
and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions and contingency plans.
- Monitor project expenses, track budget variances, and implement cost-saving measures where
possible. Prepare regular reports on project financials, including forecasts and expenditure.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for subcontractor/supplier clients throughout the project cycle
- Coordination with the team (designers, suppliers, client ensuring collaboration and efficient
workflow.
- Ensure that all work complies with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety
standards.
- Resolve issues related to project scope, resources, or unforeseen instances that may arise
during construction.
- Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of exhibition stands, ensuring they meet client
requirements and venue specifications.
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related fields.
