Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment.Job DescriptionReporting To: Team Leader PVKey ResponsibilitiesProject Development & SupportAssist in managing solar projects under the direction of the Project Manager.Contribute to technical due diligence, EPC tendering, PPA agreement development, design vetting, energy yield modeling, feasibility studies, and other technical aspects.Support asset performance optimization, conceptual design, and master planning efforts.Project ExecutionMonitor project progress and prepare weekly status reports.Ensure project deliverables align with schedules and client requirements.Interpret client needs and communicate effectively with project participants to provide technical support.Collaboration & CommunicationAttend internal and external project meetings, including HSE workshops and design reviews.Assist in preparing Minutes of Meeting and participate in pre-start-up and project review sessions.Cooperate closely with Project Managers and other team members to provide assistance.Compliance & Technical ContributionsMonitor compliance with applicable codes, standards, QA/QC policies, and performance specifications.Identify and address technical challenges, seeking guidance when necessary.Review and refine technical proposals to ensure project viability.Process Improvement & ReportingEvaluate, prioritize, and organize workload to meet schedules.Provide input during project implementation and seek opportunities to optimize processes.Report project progress weekly to management and contribute to presentations.Training & ComplianceAttend company-organized training sessions as required.Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS).QualificationsExperience & QualificationsTechnical ExperienceAt least 3 years in engineering or consulting roles with a focus on solar projects.EducationBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.LanguagesFluency in written and verbal English and Arabic is mandatory.Additional DetailsOffice Location Abu DhabiAdditional InformationCompetency RequirementsTechnical ExpertiseMinimum 3 years of experience in engineering and consulting firms, particularly in solar project execution.Proficient in MS Office.Communication & Interpersonal SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Organizational & Problem-Solving SkillsSystematic and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks within a schedule.Skilled in recognizing technical issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
