About the Client:

An established fit-out service provider and contracting firm to the F&B and hospitality industry in UAE.

Job Description:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with design goals and timelines, while coordinating with architects, designers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, addressing any on-site issues promptly.
• Maintain open communication with project manager to workers and coordinate progress.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with industry standards, conducting inspections and audits for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
