GWR Consulting is looking for a part time Project Coordinator (PC) to join their team in Dubai. The PC ensures that projects are executed as per the client's requirements and that the field work is in place as per the scheduled plan. Main responsibilities:
Ensure that the project fieldwork is executed according to the set deadlines
Ensure that client service requests (as per the agreement) are completely delivered and in a timely manner
Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure a timely and successful delivery of their needs
Consult and support the Project Manager
Provide clear forecast of the clients visits to the cross-functional internal teams prior to the start of the month
