The Role: Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator with a strong foundation in design engineering (Architecture, Urban Planning & Engineering - Civil discipline) who has transitioned into project management. This role is based in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and managing multidisciplinary design and engineering projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Leverage design engineering experience to support project management tasks, ensuring the seamless integration of design intent into project execution.
• Act as a liaison between architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication and alignment across all project phases.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates and addressing changes, ensuring smooth communication and project progression.
• Prepare and maintain all project documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards while keeping stakeholders informed.

Suitable applicants will have / be :

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a design engineer, with a transition into project management.
• Strong understanding of design processes and project life cycles, particularly in architecture, urban planning, or civil engineering disciplines.
