Foreground is partnering with Emerge a startup factory that builds and scales multiple ventures in AI and Web3. Unlike traditional companies, we dont focus on a single project. We operate several businesses at different stagessome in early development, some in active growth, and others already listed on top exchanges.

We focus on high-growth industries, particularly AI, blockchain, and emerging digital markets. Our teams work remotely but remain highly collaborative, ensuring rapid decision-making and alignment across projects.


The Role: Program Manager


The Program Manager will take ownership of one or more ventures within Emerge, ensuring strategic execution and operational efficiency. This is not a structured, corporate project management role, it requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle different aspects of a business at once.


Candidates with backgrounds in investment banking, management consulting, or high-growth startups will find this role particularly relevant, as it involves financial modeling, investor relations, strategic planning, and hands-on business execution.


This role requires the ability to work across multiple functions, including:


  • Fundraising and investment strategy
  • Business development and partnership management
  • Marketing, positioning, and growth strategy
  • Operations, execution, and process optimization

Key Responsibilities


  • Business & Investment Strategy
    • Develop and refine business models and investment strategies for assigned ventures.
    • Work with investors and funding partners to secure investment and manage capital allocation.
    • Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research to support strategic decisions.
    • Prepare and present investment decks and fundraising proposals.
  • Business Development & Partnerships
    • Identify and engage with potential partners, investors, and stakeholders.
    • Structure and negotiate partnerships, strategic alliances, and revenue-sharing agreements.
    • Expand venture outreach through targeted networking and business growth strategies.
  • Marketing & Growth Strategy
    • Oversee market positioning, brand development, and user acquisition strategies.
    • Manage digital and community-building initiatives, particularly in Web3-related ventures.
    • Align product, marketing, and business goals to ensure a cohesive growth strategy.
  • Operational Execution
    • Oversee day-to-day execution and performance tracking across assigned projects.
    • Ensure teams are aligned with business goals and key operational processes are optimized.
    • Develop and implement scalable business operations models to support growth.
  • Multi-Functional Leadership & Adaptability
    • Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with Emerges strategic objectives.
    • Be flexible, adapt roles and responsibilities based on business needs and market opportunities.
    • Work across different functions, ensuring execution speed and problem-solving at every stage.

Who We Are Looking For


We are looking for professionals who:


  • Have 3-5 years of experience preferably in investment banking, management consulting, or high-growth startups.
  • Are analytically strong, with experience in financial modeling, due diligence, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Understand venture-building and scaling strategies, particularly in AI, blockchain, or digital markets.
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage investors and business partners.
  • Can manage multiple priorities, shifting between investment strategy, business development, and operational execution as needed.
  • Are proactive problem-solvers who can work independently and take full ownership of their work.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset, able to think beyond structured roles and drive execution where needed.
