An innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Supply Chain / Logistics. Must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for managing the Transportation configurations which will have direct impact on promise and fulfillment. It will also include program managing the migration from legacy systems to the new systems as well as undertaking cost/speed improvement projects. The candidate will need to work with cross functional/country teams spanning finance, operations, 3PL, tech to set up the processes for maintaining the Configurations as well in driving improvements in existing fulfillment.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
