Who We Are Looking For We’re looking for a Program Director to lead our Abu Dhabi hub. You will have strategic and tactical oversight for the design and implementation of high-impact programs and be responsible for successful relationship management across both internal and external stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Market Launch, you’ll have autonomy and accountability for launching and scaling programs in our Abu Dhabi hub, including hiring and leading team members. You must share our passion for uplifting people and economies around the world through entrepreneurship. You should understand a founder’s journey—both its ups and downs—and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments that can sometimes be uncertain, challenging, and intense. You need to be both a visionary and an operator. You are an excellent communicator who can navigate the needs of multiple stakeholders. You are also driven, strategic, resourceful, and humble. What You Will Be Doing
Lead the implementation of all programs, events, and activities within the Abu Dhabi hub, ensuring KPIs (NPS, fundraising, revenue growth, job creation) and other relevant impact metrics are met.
Work closely with firm leadership and local teams to identify, source, and select top companies for programs, contributing to their strategic direction.
Develop and implement programs, including sector-specific programs, supporting founder growth and partnerships, with an emphasis on AI, sustainability, and emerging technology ecosystems.
Strategically plan, source, and manage internal and external resources—including investment partners, mentors, and technical experts—to deliver high-quality programs.
Manage and successfully navigate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, clients, and ecosystem partners, to maximize engagement in the region.
Work cross-functionally across teams and departments to ensure timely and high-quality execution of initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
At least 8 years of professional experience in financial institutions, startups, VC, technology industries, or consultancy businesses, including 4 or more years managing accelerator programs.
4 or more years of people management or team leadership experience.
