What You’ll Do: As a Professional in Business Development- HPE, you’ll play a critical role in driving and improving vendor sales while meeting both vendor and company objectives and targets. Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Planning, strategizing, and executing them along with the PMs assigned for the product   


  • Research and study Ingram Micro's position/market share per region/channel segment and share inputs to the PMs


  • Support the execution of the Marketing Plan, working closely with the marketing team for implementation and for measuring each event's success rate.


  • Suggest Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to ensure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments for the assigned business


  • Generate sales pipeline and ensure closures through negotiations and value propositions


  • Development of close relations with the vendor, channel at every level.


What You Bring to the Role: We’re looking for someone with:


  • A graduate degree with 3-5 years of experience in IT sales/Business Development.


  • Proven track record of successfully selling hardware servers and Storage (e.g., HPE).


  • Technical background is a significant advantage.


  • A decision maker, self-motivated, and a team player.


  • A strong ‘customer-first’ mentality, able to utilize relationships to drive results.
