Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on coding experience and a strong background in the Banking and Financial domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional support for Insurance, Capital Market, and Wealth Management systems.
  
• Manage production applications and systems, ensuring stability and reliability.
  
• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents, providing effective solutions and coordinating with stakeholders for deployment of fixes.
  
• Oversee testing and production implementation of releases.
  
• Coordinate and support incident management and change management processes.
  
• Conduct IT health checks to ensure system stability.
  
• Coordinate project and change delivery, testing, and deployment for smooth transition in production environments.
  
• Perform technical analysis and interact with users to address their needs.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in SQL/Queries, .Net, and Micro services.
  
• Hands-on experience in production support or technical support within relevant systems.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  
• Knowledge of AWS cloud is a plus.
