Production Supervisor (Mechanical) Engineering & Technical Main duties and responsibilities
- Supervise the employees in the activities and line operations.
- Prepare job requests and personnel working schedules.
- Implement existing production standards and revisions as necessary to produce products within specifications.
- Prepares production reports and is responsible for updating the production data in SAP system.
- Monitors quality of semi-finished and finished products by reviewing laboratory data and taking actions as necessary.
- Responsible for preparing finished goods transfer documents using SAP system.
- Coordinates with concerned departments to ensure availability of resources needed for daily operations.
- Recommend improvements in facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Develops, updates, implements, and maintains documentation for Integrated Management System & World Class Manufacturing.
- Recommends and implements corrective actions on quality issues and in any internal/external audits.
- Monitors the implementation and maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices, 5S, Health and Safety, Food Safety, and continual improvements activities.
- Accompany internal/external auditors and provides action plans to correct deviations noted during audits.
- Conducts production meeting every shift and report to the Production Manager all matters affecting production.
- Prepares performance evaluation of production personnel; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Other requirements:
BE in Mechanical engineering is a must.
Good communication skills in English.
