We are constantly expanding our market position with a future-oriented international business strategy. Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated person to strengthen our Production team in Dubai, UAE Site- Acino Pharmaceuticals FZ LLC
Your Opportunities
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to cGMP, EHS policies, and SOPs while reporting deviations to supervisors. Equipment Handling: Set up, operate, and clean equipment in Coating, Capsule Filling, and Granulation areas. Ensure proper training before working in secondary packaging. Manufacturing & Packaging: Execute secondary packaging, material verification, and in-process checks. Maintain hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation in production areas. Documentation & Quality Control: Record data, maintain batch documents (BMR/BPR), perform reconciliations, and collaborate with QA/QC for validation and sampling. Process & Maintenance: Handle change parts, monitor temperature and RH, conduct challenge tests, perform AQL, and ensure preventive maintenance and requalification. Other Responsibilities: Line clearance, manual inspection of tablets and capsules, and calibration of precision instruments and weighing balances.
Who You Are
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or relevant education in pharmaceuticals or a related field is a plus). Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in tablet coating and capsule filling is preferred. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
