PRODUCTION MANAGER (PAPER BAG MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY)

The Production Manager will assist and report directly to the Factory Manager, ensuring efficient and effective production operations within the paper bag manufacturing facility.

• RESPONSIBILITIES The role involves overseeing daily production activities, maintaining quality standards, optimising processes, and managing a production team to meet company objectives.

• . Monitor daily production activities to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of orders. Manage production schedules to minimize work-in-progress (WIP) and implement just-in-time techniques. 2

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure production quality aligns with customer expectations and company standards. o Maintain compliance with industry regulations and certifications (e.g., BRC, ISO). o Investigate and resolve quality issues with a target of less than 3 minor complaints per month

• . 3. Resource and Waste Management: Monitor and reduce production scrap levels to improve cost efficiency. Manage the consumption of materials such as paper, glue, and ink to prevent wastage. Oversee scrap handling, storage, and disposal to minimize resource loss.
