The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production process, meeting production targets, and maintaining high quality standards. As a Production Manager, you will be required to lead and motivate a team of production staff, manage production schedules, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the production departmentDevelop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demandMonitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet specificationsIdentify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiencyLead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targetsCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of production activitiesManage inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials and suppliesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fieldProven work experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environmentStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control standardsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office and production management softwareKnowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
