Job Description: 

We are on the lookout for a talented and seasoned Production Head to spearhead the production division at our vibrant and forward-thinking interior design firm. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of creating exquisite furniture, luxurious interior features, and bespoke retail/commercial fit-outs, ensuring every project is completed on schedule, within budget, and meets our exceptional quality standards. Collaborating closely with project managers, designers, and the operations team, you will play a crucial role in transforming visionary designs into reality. Your leadership will be instrumental in directing production workflows, streamlining processes, and upholding superior craftsmanship throughout every phase of the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete production journey of custom furniture and luxury interior elements, guaranteeing that they adhere to the utmost standards of quality, design, and artistry.
• Work closely with the design team to grasp project requirements and ensure that all production efforts align seamlessly with design outlines.
• Oversee the production team, fostering effective delegation, guidance, and inspiration to meet project timelines.
• Track project advancement, resolve any production challenges, and maintain quality control throughout every phase of the manufacturing process.
• Create and execute streamlined processes that enhance production efficiency while reducing waste.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations at every step of the production process.
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring the timely arrival of materials.
• Manage project budgets effectively, keeping production expenses within the approved limits without sacrificing quality.
