As a Production Controller, you will collaborate with various teams to optimize production workflows and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of necessary materials and resources
Oversee the allocation of resources and equipment to maximize production output
Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold product standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and optimize efficiency
Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maximize output

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
Proven experience as a Production Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment
