We are looking for Product Specialist/Sales Support (Graduate Program UAE)!


Baxter Healthcare Corporation invites you to join our team in the United Arab Emirates!


This role encompasses product management and sales support in a leading healthcare company committed to making a global health difference.


Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue, sales, profit & qualitative objectives and targets for the assigned therapies and/or medical products within your geographical or business area.


  • Lead day-to-day relationships with assigned customers and plan visits to ensure perfect customer engagement.


  • Build and develop professional long-term customer relationships that foster trust and collaboration.


  • Prepare, implement, and review targeted account plans aligned with Baxter's commercial policies.


  • Plan and prepare for each customer visit, recording outcomes for continuous improvement.


  • Propose and provide each customer with appropriate solutions that will improve opportunities for both the customer and Baxter.


  • Communicate all relevant information to existing and potential customers to guarantee their awareness of Baxter's product portfolio and its benefits.


  • Acquire new customers by bringing to bear market intelligence and competitive analysis.


  • Gather and maintain all relevant sales and customer data for strategic use.


  • Gather and share market intelligence and competitor activities with other sales reps and management to help anticipate competitive moves.


  • Maintain a strong presence in all existing and target customer accounts.


  • Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions swiftly and effectively.


  • Continuously assess the market for new customers, opportunities, and risks for Baxter products.


  • Finalize budgets and forecasts in cooperation with line management and Marketing.


  • Present Baxter products and their advantages, coordinate and distribute promotional material, and arrange test usage where needed.


  • Participate in congresses and other customer events to showcase Baxter’s offerings.


  • Provide customer training and support/assistance where needed for successful implementation of Baxter products.


  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Account Managers/Reps, and Sales Support teams.


  • Identify tender renewal opportunities and respond to tenders with the support of line management and Marketing (where applicable).


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in a scientific or medical/paramedical field.


  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and build relationships.


  • Confirmed ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a competitive environment.


  • Outstanding problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide efficient solutions.


  • Proficient spoken and written Arabic and English is essential.


  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, reflecting our dedication to global collaboration.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


  • Basic knowledge of Lotus Notes is beneficial.


  • Ability to gather and analyze market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
