We are currently looking for Product Owner for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies
Required for this role:
· Deep experience in digital product development and marketing ideally in a digital banking environment
· Exceptional problem skills and data-driven product decision-making; may go beyond application of existing know-how
· Ability to understand product metrics and make decisions based on them
· Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
· Experience in launching a product and managing a live product
· Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
· Thought leadership and ability to influence at all levels in the organization
Previous experience:
· Minimum 3yrs of experience as a product owner
· Experienced in Service digitization/Service enablement on Mobile App / Internet Banking
· Minimum 5 to 7 years of total experience including 5+ years of experience in product development and marketing.
· Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
· Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand
· Knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes
