The role


We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us as the first hire in the Marketing team. As we are in the cross-border payment space supporting global companies across different use cases, we need to ensure that our product resonates with our target audience that aren’t necessarily as familiar with the payment ecosystem in the MENA region. Your work will help shape the future of our product and how we go to market with the launch of every new corridor and any new use cases we unlock.


Responsibilities include:


  • Product GTM Strategy: Own and drive Fuse’s GTM process for all existing and new products across different industries and use cases.
  • Collateral Creation: Create compelling collateral for the sales team to effectively sell including product demos, sales decks, and competitive positioning materials.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Launch product marketing campaigns that target key industries that sales is focusing on.
  • Product Awareness: Develop engaging content for various marketing channels including sales email campaigns, social media and blog posts to drive awareness and interest in Fuse’s products.
  • Market Research and Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
  • Customer Insights: Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new feature development and enhancements.
  • Customer Advocacy: Build relationships with key customers to create case studies, testimonials, and other materials that demonstrate the value of our product.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and measure the success of product marketing initiatives, including product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue impact.
