Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive Product Marketing Strategy from inception, shaping the market presence of our wealth management app. Lead the definition and execution of product go-to-market plans, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals. Relentlessly strive to unpack customer understanding through audience research, ensuring a deep understanding of user motivations and behaviors. Create and execute a playbook for introducing users to new and existing features, utilizing in-app communications, campaigns, and other key communication opportunities to drive retention and engagement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, customer services, marketing, and design, to fuel product adoption, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive successful product launches. Demonstrate adaptability to meet dynamic business requirements, including but not limited to copywriting, enhancing onboarding conversion rates, devising content strategies, and managing email/push and distribution activities. Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and media outlets to increase app awareness and credibility.
Requirements:
3 to 6 years of experience in various aspects of marketing, including branding, positioning, targeted outreach, strategy, go-to-market strategy, campaigns, advocacy, events, and communication. Proven ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product, user experience, design, marketing, and leadership, to drive product roadmaps, strategy, and execution. Experience in creating and executing innovative strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption. Strong analytical skills with an eye for actionable, data-driven insights to shape product and marketing strategy.* Experience in Consumer Tech, Consumer Goods, Internet, and other B2C industries is preferred.
