Job Purpose:
Property Finder seeks a results-driven and analytically-minded Product Manager with a passion for crafting impactful user experiences and a solid understanding of core product functionality. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bring engineering expertise and business acumen to deliver products with high commercial value and exceptional user experience. Working closely with the Head of Product, the ideal candidate will develop, execute, and optimize the core experiences that drive user engagement, satisfaction, and retention on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discovery & Insights: Use both qualitative and quantitative research to validate product hypotheses and make informed, data-driven decisions throughout the development cycle. Draw insights from user feedback, A/B testing, and competitor analyses to enhance the core user experience.
- Product Strategy & Planning: Define, prioritize, and execute product roadmaps, balancing technical feasibility, business impact, and user needs. Develop strategies to optimize the platform’s core functionalities and ensure alignment with broader business goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to drive product vision forward. Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment on key initiatives and roadmaps.
- Continuous Improvement: Track, analyze, and report on product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Drive enhancements and refinements to increase platform efficiency, usability, and scalability.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Work closely with stakeholders to define go-to-market strategies, supporting effective launches and communications for new core features.
- User-Centered Problem Solving: Facilitate design discussions and workshops that keep user needs at the forefront, developing journeys that streamline the on-product experience.
Essential - Attitude, Knowledge, and Skills:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong track record in driving cross-functional collaboration, with demonstrated experience working alongside engineering, design, analytics, and marketing.
- Proficiency with product analytics tools and engagement platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset; able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields; an MBA is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality work.
Preferred - Attitude, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst/Consultant in a top-tier organization, with a strong focus on product strategy and process optimization.
- Previous experience in online marketplaces, consumer-facing platforms, or high-traffic digital products.
- International product experience, with an understanding of multi-market needs and nuances.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
