Join us as we strive to transform the entertainment landscape through creativity and innovation.Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the continued success of The Entertainer app. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our app's features and services, particularly those related to BOGO (Buy One, Get One) offers across various sectors including Dining, Delivery, Attractions & Leisure, Pubs & Bars, Beauty & Fitness, and Travel (Hotels Worldwide). You will be responsible for improving user experiences, driving growth, and managing the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch. Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and enhancement of app features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and specifications.
Oversee the design, development, and testing of new features and prototypes.
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, market trends, and user feedback to refine product strategies.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure effective rollout and adoption of new features.
Advocate for the user experience by incorporating feedback and usability insights into the product development process.
Regularly communicate with stakeholders to update them on product plans, progress, and outcomes.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep The Entertainer app competitive and innovative.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Technology or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within the tech sector.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on launching consumer-facing innovative digital products and services. Experience in the lifestyle, food delivery, hospitality, or travel sectors is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making.
Excellent leadership and communication skills capable of motivating and leading cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing new ideas that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
