1. Position Summary

The Product Manager for Corporate Banking will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of the Client Onboarding Portal. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the portal meets the needs of corporate clients, enhances user experience, and aligns with the bank's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, ensure compliance with regulatory aspects, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience to clients and operations staff.

2. Responsibilities


Product Strategy:


  • Develop and implement a product strategy for the Client Onboarding Portal that aligns with the corporate banking division’s objectives.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value and customer feedback.
  • Perform necessary market research to ensure the product developed is best-in-class.

Stakeholder Collaboration:


  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, operations, and compliance, to gather requirements and ensure the portal meets regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Present progress to senior management on a biweekly basis.

User Experience:


  • Focus on enhancing the user experience by incorporating feedback from clients and internal users.
  • Conduct usability testing and user interviews to gather insights and improve the portal’s interface and functionality.

Project Management:


  • Lead the project lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Utilize hands-on experience with tools and techniques essential for tracking progress and delivery.

Market Analysis:


  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Analyze customer needs and market gaps to propose new features and improvements.

Performance Monitoring:


  • Track and analyze the portal’s performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on product performance and future plans.

Training and Support:


  • Provide training and support to internal teams and clients to ensure effective use of the portal.
  • Develop training materials and user guides to facilitate onboarding and usage.

3. What We Expect


Experience:


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching digital products, with specialization in client onboarding and servicing.

Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in product management or project management are advantageous.

Skills:


  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and software.

Knowledge:


  • In-depth understanding of corporate banking products and services, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of Corporate Client Onboarding and Servicing.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
