Product Development Manager (ME1150)
Please wait... MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Enable business growth and development through relevant research and development of business cases for new business opportunities, including financial and commercial modelling of new service lines and relevant project management to operationalise new service lines. The Product Development Manager is responsible to lead the implementation and monitoring of MVP and ensures a seamless transition of MVP to operation and product owner (if applicable). Additional tasks may assign depending as per business demand.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
A relevant College or Bachelor’s Degree in health care/ business or related
A post graduate degree in business or commerce
Project Management Certificate (PMP)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare with focus on business growth including new product development and implementation of business development strategies in operations environment
At least 5-8 years’ experience in healthcare with focus on business growth and development
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Industry awareness and understanding of current and future trends in healthcare Conducting and interpreting qualitative and quantitative analysis Knowledge and interpretation of research methodologies Agile project methodology and design thinking English language proficiency is required Research Methodology
