This role is responsible for executing procurement projects and driving strategic transformation within the department to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. As an experienced member of the team, you will lead the development, execution, and optimisation of procurement processes in alignment with organisational objectives.

Description
Lead the development and execution of procurement project plans, ensuring alignment with defined objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.Oversee the implementation of procurement initiatives, track project progress, and mitigate risks. Ensure that all projects meet budget, milestones, and quality requirements while adhering to internal controls and regulations.Evaluate current procurement processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement transformative strategies for process automation, accuracy enhancement, and overall efficiency improvement.Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track procurement performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on procurement analytics.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and provide support for ad-hoc requests from top management, ensuring that strategic procurement initiatives contribute to broader organizational goals.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is highly preferred.Must have 6 - 10 years of experience in a consulting firm or industry with expertise in the procurement stream.Certifications such as CSCP, CPSM or relevant are preferred.Expertise in procurement processes, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.Strong analytical abilities, including data interpretation, insight generation, and strategic decision-making.Proficient in MS Office suite, with strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and align them with business objectives.
