Procurement Specialist (UAEN)

Our client is one of the major district cooling service provider in the UAE delivering world-class levels of reliability, efficiency, safety and environmental sustainability.

We are looking for an Emirati national Procurement Specialist in our Dubai office. 

Responsibilities:

• Issue and manage purchase requisitions and orders.
• Analyze quotations and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Conduct sourcing and adhere to procurement policies.
• Assist with procurement documents and direct procurement for exempt categories.
• Keep updated on procurement policies, market trends, and supplier performance.
• Maintain the purchasing database and resolve supply issues.
• Register and evaluate vendors, and prepare reports.

Education & Experience:

• University degree in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience; fresh Emirati graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to travel to DIP.
