Position Title: Procurement Officer- F & B
Employment Type: Full Time
Only Arabic and English speaker (Both languages are required)
Experience: 2-3 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field required
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities in purchasing department.
Ø Ensure that all purchases meet the company’s standards.
Ø Responsible to estimate and establish budgets of all purchases.
Ø Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery timeline and product ranges.
Ø Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Ø Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Ø Monitor, evaluate and improve supplier’s performance according to the company’s policy and procedures.
Ø Control and monitor expenses against approved budget.
Ø Maintain good relationships with suppliers and renegotiate prices on regular basis.
Ø Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management.
Ø Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Ø Develop sourcing strategies.
Skills Requirements:
Ø Positive attitude.
Ø Strong computer skills, Excel, MS office proficiency and ERP.
Ø Have strong negotiation skills and ability to negotiate contracts
Ø Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management.
Ø Possess strong problem-solving skills.
Ø Good Communication skills both at speaking and writing.
Ø Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
