Our client, a leading Waste Management & Facilities Management service provider in the MENA region, is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead their procurement function in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities: ✔ Develop & implement strategic procurement plans
✔ Lead key supplier negotiations for cost-effective procurement
✔ Manage a team of two procurement professionals
✔ Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies
✔ Optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
✅ 5+ years of procurement experience (preferably in Waste Management/FM/Construction)
✅ Strong negotiation & supplier management skills
✅ Fluent in Arabic & English
✅ Experience with procurement software & Microsoft Office
✅ Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills
