The job holder is responsible for offering customers financial guidance, advising on suitable products and services, and assisting with their banking needs. The role requires the job holder to provide customers with information on financial products and services and also explore opportunities for cross-selling during customer interactions. The job holder should combine meeting financial targets with providing excellent customer service in order to achieve their set targets.

Job Responsibility:

• Primarily responsible for technical verification of relevant documents, proper schemes, interpretation of procedures, data input and processing transactions or information without error. 
• Proactively run the basic checks on AECB, DBR, document validation, checklist completion prior to submitting cases in the system.
• To interface with internal or external parties in order to resolve queries there by achieving quick decisions
• Institutionalize control consciousness while processing through adherence to SOP's.Awarness of compliance policies and directives.
• Monitor procedural/technical knowledge related to processing of standardized transactions/information.
• Proactively identifying reaches and sharing with management for further action
• Process high volume transactions/information accurately within stipulated service standards and turnaround time

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor graduate
• Minimum 2 years banking or service industry experience in a similar position/role
