Brief Description:

The job holder is responsible to input data in the system within minimum time and without any error. All cases received in a day within the cut off time should be entered in the system. Phase two documents to be submitted for disbursal within the maximum time limit of two hours for disbursal.

Detailed Description:

• Primarily responsible for technical verification of relevant documents, proper schemes, interpretation of procedures, data input and processing transactions or information without error.
• To interface with internal or external parties in order to resolve queries there by achieving quick decisions
• Institutionalize control consciousness while processing through adherence to SOP's. Awareness of compliance policies and directives.
• Monitor procedural/technical knowledge related to processing of standardized transactions/information.
• Process high volume transactions/information accurately within stipulated service standards and turnaround time
• Providing MIS to NSM with Approval/ rejection/ team performance and ensuring disbursals are in line with the MIS released with IBSTMB on daily basis
