Preferred Languages: Russian & Chinese. Our client is a leading Multinational Forex Trading Company with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for a Processing Specialist with a background in banking, or Forex within the fintech industry.
Responsibilities
As a Processing Officer, responsible for transaction processing.
Monitor the correct workflow for deposits and withdrawals in internal systems.
Oversee the entire processing lifecycle and ensure any issues or challenges are reported to the Team Lead.
Manage customer relationships, coordinating with clients on orders, payments, and issue resolution.
Handle inquiries from both internal and external customers regarding payments through emails and other internal systems, and verify supportive documents.
Maintain constant communication with payment providers and financial institutions to ensure smooth operations.
As a Mid Officer, you will liaise with payment providers and various vendors to resolve clients’ concerns and issues related to the payment process.
Communicate and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth information transfer.
Identify discrepancies or errors in processing and take appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of processed activities.
Must be able to Speak Russian and Chinese fluently and any languages would be an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in business or finance

Experience in a similar role within financial services
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative abilities.
Keen eye for detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
Excellent at managing time, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and monitoring skills.
