On a given day, you will:
- Drive strategic research initiatives that uncover deep user insights and inform critical product decisions
- Lead and mentor a team of researchers, fostering innovation and excellence in research practices
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate research findings into actionable solutions
- Design and conduct complex research studies using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Create compelling narratives from data that inspire stakeholders and drive user-centered decision-making
- Build and maintain a centralised research repository that democratises user insights across the organisation
- Develop research frameworks and best practices that elevate our entire organisation's understanding of our users

We would love to work with you if you:- Have 8+ years of experience leading UX research initiatives, preferably in fintech or trading
- Possess deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Are skilled with advanced analytics tools (SPSS, R, Tableau) and research platforms
- Have experience with SQL and BigQuery for data analysis
- Can demonstrate success in building and leading research teams
- Are an excellent communicator in English, with additional languages being a plus
- Hold expertise in accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
