We would love to work with you if you:
Have 7+ years in product design, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal design role
Possess proven experience in developing and scaling design systems
Have demonstrated success in designing for iOS and Android platforms
Are proficient in Figma or similar design tools, with expertise in prototyping and user flows
Have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
Can communicate design decisions persuasively and influence teams across the business
Have experience in designing trading platforms or financial applications (a plus)
Are familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a bonus)
