As a Principal Process Engineer, you will lead the design and optimization of complex process systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness criteria. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, drive innovation in process technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency and achieving strategic outcomes.
