The selected candidate will analyse data trends and operational costs to assist in developing optimal pricing structures that align with the division strategic goals. In this role, you will:
Analyse data and provide insights to support pricing decisions and market positioning
Assist the Pricing Manager in design and maintenance of a pricing model
Work closely with finance and operations teams to analyse and understand the cost structure of the departments, Incorporate insights obtained into pricing model
Track the performance of implemented pricing strategies and initiatives
Generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of pricing decisions
Track customer engagement metrics to assess if pricing strategies are effective
Keep informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends
Prepare and present pricing analysis findings to senior stakeholders to support medium to long term decision making
Develop and maintain financial dashboards
Perform rate reconciliation tasks to minimise revenue leakage (pricing to billing, outsource contracts to invoicing, contractual rates to billing upon renewal)
Collate and provide data and documentation to external auditors as required
