We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive (cybersecurity) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of motivation, organization, and creativity, eagerly embracing the challenges inherent in expanding our clientele through strategic sales initiatives. 

 

 Job Summary: The Pres-sales Executive (Cybersecurity) plays a critical role in the sales process, bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer needs. This role involves below Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Technical Expertise and Solution Design: 
  • Design and deploy customized cybersecurity solutions, including network security, endpoint protection, SIEM, firewalls, identity access management, and data protection. 
  • Create and present high-level and detailed solution designs, focusing on customer requirements, security best practices, and compliance standards. 
  • Conduct technical risk assessments to identify potential gaps in clients’ security architecture and propose remediation solutions. 
  1. Customer Engagement: 
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, present solutions, and participate in client meetings as the technical expert. 
  • Perform live product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and workshops to showcase the capabilities of proposed cybersecurity solutions. 
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients to establish credibility and become a trusted advisor. 
  1. Proposal and Documentation Support: 
  • Assist in the creation of technical proposals, including solution descriptions, network diagrams, Scope of Work, Comparisons, BoM (Bill of Materials), and Licensing details and any other kind of documentation. 
  • Develop and maintain updated documentation on cybersecurity products and solutions offered by the company. 
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other customer inquiries by providing detailed, accurate, and timely information. 
  1. Collaboration with Internal Teams: 
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with company capabilities. 
  • Actively engage in Knowledge sharing and Training sessions with sales teams to improve their technical understanding of cybersecurity products. 
  1. Industry Knowledge and Continuous Learning: 
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, technologies, and vendor solutions. 
  • Actively participate in industry conferences, webinars, and training to maintain certifications and stay current with cybersecurity advancements. 


Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant cybersecurity certifications are a plus 
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical presales or consulting role within the cybersecurity or IT services industry. 
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, cloud security). 
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Problem-Solving: Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Endpoint Security 
  • Network Security 
  • Cloud Security 
  • Email Security 
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) 
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) 
  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
