In this role, you will:The Premier Acquisition Manager will be responsible to acquire Quality Premier customers and cross sell relevant products to them at time of account onboarding. He/She is required to achieve targets in line with the WPB strategy through a need based selling approach (EDRAS) acquisition of quality business & good customer service. The job holder will have to focus on building a new sourcing model for Quality New to Bank Premium customers.  Primary Responsibilities:•    Meeting AOP Targets. •    Responsible to achieve assigned targets of  new-to-bank Premier customers.•    Meet group standards of Customer service, Compliance and technical knowledge through ongoing training and accreditation •    Work closely to drive additional value for the channels•    While the focus will be on Premier acquisition, Borrowing & revolving Products, the RM will also collaborate to ensure other proposition accounts are shared with the EBS Channels.•    Build high standards of external & internal customer service, efficiency & productivity in line with strategic & operating objectives.•    Support other cross line businesses within the WPB world such as Mortgage, Wealth & HSBC Expats.
